You'll be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, managing service technicians, and ensuring operational coverage, including handling scheduling and leave management as well as dispatching team on leads and service calls. This is a leadership role for someone ready to lead from the front, both in the field and in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals and service technicians
- Sell and close excavation and water restoration projects
- Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling, including technician leave and coverage
- Track KPIs and coach team members to meet and exceed targets
- Work closely with operations to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong customer and insurance relationships

- Experience managing teams in a service-based, plumbing, or construction environment
- Plumbing experince is a MUST this is a working role
- Strong background in sales, with proven results in B2C or in-home settings
- Skilled in workforce management, scheduling, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
