Field Manager – Plumbing & Drain Services

Lead the field. Build the team. Drive results.
We are looking for a hands-on Field Manager to lead our Asheville-area service team. This is not a desk-only role—you will be in the field, coaching technicians, solving real problems, supporting customers, and driving performance every day.
If you thrive in fast-paced service environments, enjoy developing people, and know how to balance quality, productivity, and customer experience, this role was built for you.
As Field Manager, you will be the connection point between leadership, technicians, and customers.

- Ensure trucks, tools, and equipment are safe, clean, and professional
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues and prepare written estimates
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a best-in-class experience
- Follow up with customers to provide long-term solutions—not quick fixes
- Drive year-over-year sales growth in line with annual goals
Enforce all safety policies and procedures
1–2 years of people management experience in plumbing, construction, maintenance, service trades, or a similar role requiring team leadership, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and customer-facing problem solving
- Plumbing experience strongly preferred (North Carolina Master Plumbers License is a plus)
- Proven experience leading a service team of 5 or more
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong coaching, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work when needed
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, ServiceTitan or similar CRM)

- Use of hand strength for tools, ladders, gates, and vehicle access
- Frequent neck and trunk movement
Strong vision capabilities (close, color, peripheral, depth perception)
Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals.
You’ll be leading a team in one of North Carolina’s most unique and fast-growing markets—where quality workmanship, professionalism, and reputation matter. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful, not just manage schedules.
Take pride in developing people
- Lead from the front
- Hold high standards without losing heart
Understand that great service builds great companies
If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
