Wealth Associate
Rothschild Wealth Partners is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Wealth Associate to support a high-performing advisory team. This role covers account servicing, trade execution, financial plan preparation, and client presentation materials, ensuring a seamless client experience through strong organization and proactive communication. Reports to the Managing Director; based in the Chicago downtown office, with an in-office requirement of 5 days per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute trades and support portfolio rebalancing to implement client investment strategies
- Prepare and maintain financial plans (retirement, cash flow, tax, and estate planning) using planning software
- Conduct investment research and due diligence on ETFs, stocks, bonds, and alternatives to support portfolio recommendations
- Process investment applications and manage client onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, transaction processing, and service requests
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with advisors to identify and implement solutions aligned with client goals

Rothschild Wealth Partners offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your professional and personal well-being. The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
