Duties
- Safely operate machinery, power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment to apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides accurately across designated areas
- Prepare chemical mixtures according to safety guidelines and application instructions
- Conduct land assessments to determine the appropriate treatment methods for pest control, lawn care, or farming needs
- Drive company vehicles to transport chemicals and equipment between sites while adhering to safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, storage, and disposal to protect yourself and the environment
- Assist with general land management tasks such as mowing, landscaping, planting, or soil preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in agriculture, farming, landscaping, or lawn care is highly desirable
- Knowledge of pest control techniques and safe chemical application practices
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles
- Strong attention to safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use
- Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills for teamwork and following detailed instructions
