Roth Landscape Services is looking for a high-performing Project Foreman to serve as the backbone of our jobsite operations. You aren’t just a supervisor; you are the bridge between the blueprints and the finished build. In this role, you will lead our field teams, manage critical budgets, and ensure that every project is delivered with precision, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all in-house landscape material inventory and yard stock levels
- Purchase landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and related materials for construction projects
- Coordinate material deliveries with internal trucking, equipment, and soil production teams
- Track inventory usage, shortages, and reorder schedules to ensure uninterrupted field operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Verify material quality, quantities, and delivery accuracy
- Assist project managers and field supervisors with material planning and logistics
- Monitor pricing, availability, and lead times to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Maintain organized yard operations and accurate inventory records
- Identify and resolve material supply or scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in landscape construction materials, procurement, inventory management, or related field operations
- Extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape materials, including installation methods and field applications
- Strong understanding of irrigation, soils, aggregates, pavers, retaining wall systems, plant materials, and construction supplies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and delivery schedules simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors, drivers, field crews, and management
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with inventory tracking systems, purchasing processes, and material logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal supervision
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
