Experienced Field Operations Manager needed to join our growing team of professionals. This position is ideal for someone with strong field knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience managing high-end landscape construction projects from layout through completion. Understanding of industry pricing, preparing estimates, and proactively managing project change orders is a HUGE plus!
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in all facets of landscape and hardscape installation
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems, layout, and hydraulics
- Read and interpret plans, understand elevations, grading, and construction details
- Be able to quickly resolve field issues in a professional manner
- Estimating experience and/or bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple landscape crews
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Scheduling material and equipment deliveries
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and field personnel
