Roth Family Medicine & Mental Health is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, outgoing Community Outreach & Healthcare Networking Specialist to represent our clinic throughout the community.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, attending community events, healthcare networking, marketing, and mental health advocacy.

You will be the face of our clinic in the community, developing relationships with healthcare providers, businesses, organizations, and community leaders while educating others about our services for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate is confident walking into a room full of strangers, starting conversations, representing a healthcare organization professionally, and creating genuine relationships.

  • Set up and staff the Roth Family Medicine & Mental Health table/booth
  • Talk with attendees about our clinic and services

  • Explain services such as TMS, Spravato, ketamine treatment, medication management, and mental health services
  • Distribute marketing materials and referral information
  • Collect appropriate business/referral contacts
  • Build relationships with potential referral partners
  • Represent the clinic with professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion

Healthcare Provider Outreach

When you are not attending networking events, a significant part of your role will involve direct outreach to other healthcare practices.

You will:

  • Visit medical and mental health practices
  • Coordinate and participate in lunch-and-learns
  • Meet physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Introduce providers to our clinic and treatment offerings

  • Able to represent the clinic's brand and values

Mental Health Passion Is Important

This position is about more than simply handing out business cards.

We want someone who genuinely believes that people struggling with depression and mental health deserve access to effective treatment and compassionate care.

You should be comfortable having conversations about mental health, depression, treatment resistance, and the challenges patients face when traditional treatments have not provided adequate relief.

You don't need to be a mental health clinician—but you should have a genuine interest in the field and a desire to help connect people with appropriate care.

Schedule

20–30 hours per week

This is a flexible, event-driven position rather than a traditional Monday–Friday 9–5 schedule.

Your schedule may include:

  • Early-morning networking breakfasts
  • Daytime lunch-and-learns
  • Afternoon business networking
  • Evening networking events
  • Conferences
  • Community events
  • Galas and dinners

Some events may begin around 7:00 AM, while others may extend to approximately 8:00 PM.

When there are fewer evening events, time will be spent on provider outreach, lunch-and-learns, relationship development, social media content, and other marketing activities.

Flexibility is essential.
