Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up on leads generated through phone, internet, and showroom traffic
- Maintain product knowledge on Audi, Cadillac and other manufacture vehicles
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
