- Candidate will perform a variety of finish machining practices involved with turning, boring, drilling and threading while maintaining close tolerances on a wide variety of components from various industries.
- Candidate needs to be fluent with Fanuc Controls, able to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, read and understand programs, all to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
- Must have basic hand & measuring tools, indicators, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- High school Diploma or equivalent form an accredited school or institution.
- Specialty certifications a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Previous Experience:
- 10 years or more of experience required.
- Previous experience on parts 80” plus diameters.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to stand and walk for significant portions of the shift.
- Ability and willingness to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs., walk, climb, reach, kneel, crawl and balance.
- Must be able to use hands for assembly and tool usage.
- Must not have allergies or issues related to handling metals including aluminum, copper, bronze, and steel.
OTHER INFORMATION
- This position will be based full time in our Tomball, TX (77377) facility.
- Some weekends depending on company needs.
- Ability to interact with entire company and vendors.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Clear and Clean Background check - condition of employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a machine-shop environment.
