What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner/Painter/Laborer position at Rotary Gardens Apartments?
We are looking for a maintenance person to help maintain the living conditions of the apartments. We need someone who is able to deep clean, trash out unit, do small landscaping projects, small repair work. We do offer on job training for those willing to learn repair work. Cleaning and painting ability is an absolute must in this position.
Salary : $29,120 - $33,280
