💼 Finance Director: Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the company's overall financial strategy to support its long-term development objectives.

Oversee comprehensive financial management operations, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and treasury management.

Establish and refine financial management policies and internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and effective risk management.

Organize the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and operational analysis reports to provide decision-making support to senior management.

Manage treasury operations and cash flow, optimizing capital utilization efficiency while safeguarding the company's financial assets.

Manage tax planning initiatives to prudently mitigate tax risks and minimize tax liabilities.

Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, banks, tax authorities, etc.) to maintain strong collaborative relationships.

Participate in the financial evaluation and decision-making processes for major corporate investment, financing, and M&A projects.

Lead and mentor the finance team, enhancing their professional capabilities and operational efficiency.

🎯 Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 25 years of relevant financial work experience, including at least 3 years in a management role; experience within large-scale enterprises or corporate groups is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of national laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to finance and taxation.

Possess comprehensive financial management expertise and a strong awareness of risk control principles.

Demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities and keen business acumen.

Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

Possess excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
