Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
License and Certification Requirement
- License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of New York.
- Current Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology; or
- Certification from an approved Radiologic Technologist program and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain and maintain the certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within ninety (90) days of their appointment to this title.
- Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
