Summary
The Clinical Associate in the Operating Room plays a vital role on our care team by supporting both direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse—all while keeping our clinical spaces safe, spotless, and ready for action. In this hands-on role, you’ll jump in to clean and decontaminate designated areas, perform between-case and terminal cleanings, and manage precaution room cleaning with precision and care. You’ll help maintain a sterile environment, turn over patient care rooms efficiently, and ensure each space is fully prepped for the next patient. If you take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment that directly supports exceptional patient care, this role lets you make a real impact every single day.
The starting hourly rate is $18.33 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
