Essential Job Functions And Duties
- Improve workstations to reduce waste and increase flow
- Standardize processes, layouts, and work methods
- Support and sustain audit systems (5S, process audits)
- Lead and champion 5S program efforts as the subject matter expert
- Lead Kaizen events with measurable results
- Develop Value Stream Maps to drive flow improvements
- Create work instructions and visual aids
- Lead CAPA investigations using RCCA methods (5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Support capacity analysis
- Assist with EHS, hazard identification, Safety, and PPE programs
- Track improvement initiatives using tools such as Asana
- Contribute to the development of our Quality program
- Partner with leaders to align priorities and drive progress
- Serve as a point of contact for operational issues
- Communicate clearly and reinforce Lean principles
- Collaborate cross-functionally to sustain improvements
- Plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects to deliver results on time
- Efficiently coordinate communication between key players and drive action

- Normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
- Required depending on project needs
- Combination of shop floor and office work, requiring use of computers and office equipment as well as occasional physical tasks associated with job duties.
- Safety glasses and Safety footwear are mandatory everywhere on the shop floor.
