Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble audio equipment components (e.g., speakers, amplifiers, wiring harnesses) according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform soldering, wiring, and cable management with precision and care.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all assembled components meet product standards.
- Identify and report any assembly or component defects to supervisors.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to support safety and efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and production schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Use testing equipment to verify audio output and product functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inspection activities.

- Attention to detail
- 1 - 2 years manufacturing experience desired
- Marine, Automotive, or aerospace experience preferred but not required
- This position schedule is 6:30AM-4:30PM Monday - Thursday
- Additional overtime required depending on manufacturing needs
- Post Offer Background check and drug screening may be required
- Position may require long periods of standing, bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds,
- handling of various tools and equipment including but not limited to digital multimeters, screwdrivers, and allen keys.
- Safety Glasses must be worn at all times when in certain production areas.
- Enclosed non-skid shoes must be worn at all times when in the production areas.
- Other PPE must be worn as required.
