Responsibilities
As a Travel Concierge Specialist/ Travel Advisor, you will work directly with clients to plan and manage their travel experiences from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Connecting with potential clients through networking, referrals, and social media
- Building long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Designing customized travel itineraries based on clients’ goals, budgets, and interests and travel style
- Booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and transportation
- Providing destination recommendations and travel guidance
- Supporting clients before, during, and after their trips
- Managing travel documents, payments, and booking details
- Staying informed on travel trends, destinations, and promotions
- Contributing to individual and team sales goals
Skills
