We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our inaugural team.
This is a unique opportunity for aspiring managers or those with short-term management experience to gain significant professional growth. You will receive on-site training and mentorship from our highly experienced Area Manager, who has a proven track record of running multiple successful veterinary practices.

The Role: Lead and Define Our Excellence
We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care. You will be the central figure driving efficiency, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Direct the day-to-day workflow, maximizing efficiency and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Team Leadership: Supervise all staff (veterinarians, technicians, and support personnel), fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Client Flow: Strategically lead the front desk team to ensure optimal client scheduling and a superior service experience.
Administrative Oversight: Manage scheduling, inventory control, and financial processes to maintain operational health.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all veterinary regulations and practice standards.
Training & Development: Implement policies, procedures, and provide continuous training to staff on care protocols, animal handling, and customer service.
Client Relations: Address all client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
What We're Looking For (Your Profile)
Management Drive: Aspiring practice managers or those with management experience in any setting who are eager to learn and lead.
Animal Experience: Strong background in animal care, ideally with knowledge of animal anatomy, safe handling techniques, and laboratory procedures.
Advanced Knowledge (A Plus): Familiarity with veterinary critical care practices, including animal catheterization and restraint methods (training will be provided).
Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and delegation abilities.
