Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain office systems, processes, and workflows with accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption.
- Be the go-to person for employees, creating a positive, engaging, and well-supported office environment.
- Support marketing initiatives: coordinate campaigns, organize materials, and track basic performance metrics.
- Manage inbound sales lead follow-up: outreach, qualification, and proper handoff to the sales team.
