Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build relationships by understanding each customer's needs and providing outstanding service
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new models and technology
- Help create an exceptional buying experience that leads to repeat and referral business
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, marketing, real estate, or other customer-facing experience is welcomed
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
