Responsibilities – Accounting Office Clerk:
- Reconcile statements and issues payment to vendors
- Maintain purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary
- Answer all vendor inquiries
- Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
- Stocking in cars, making lien payoffs, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Office Clerk:
- Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training!
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and cash management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
- DMV or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with answering phones and providing customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
