We operate workforce services in Greensboro and the High Point area connecting participants to training and employment opportunities.
Duties include recruitment, eligibility determination, assessment, and case management. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Creation of individual employment & training plans will be created and focused on supporting the achievement of individual goals. Must be able to keep organized documentation and accurate, detailed case notes. Some local travel may be required. Must be energetic and have a positive, customer service driven, attitude. BA/BS degree preferred but work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
