WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and perform efficient, lasting repairs
• Conduct seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance visits
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, recommended solutions, and costs
• Complete service tickets, job notes, and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized company van and follow all safety protocols
• Stay current with industry codes, manufacturer specifications, and best practices
• Coordinate with dispatch and the office team to manage your daily workload
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification (required)
• 2 years of HVAC field experience
• Proficiency with residential HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and confined spaces
• Basic smartphone or tablet proficiency for job management apps
• NATE certification preferred but not required
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This is a full-time position. Technicians work a rotating weekend schedule to ensure our customers always have support when they need it. Weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team, and overtime pay applies per applicable regulations.
