POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Service Coordinator to manage inbound customer inquiries, schedule service calls, and ensure every lead is handled quickly and professionally.
This role is critical to our service division. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in helping them move forward with their HVAC needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Answer inbound calls, website leads, emails, and messages
- Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and guide next steps
- Provide general pricing ranges and help customers feel confident moving forward
- Schedule in-home service and replacement appointments
- Follow up on all open opportunities and unsold estimates
- Respond quickly to missed calls and inbound leads
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (ServiceTitan or similar)
- Work closely with our service team to keep schedules full and efficient
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- High call answer rate (95% )
- Strong booking rate on inbound calls
- Fast response time to all leads
- Consistent follow-up on every opportunity
- Full daily schedules for service technicians
COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $20 – $26 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance Pay: 0.5% – 1% of revenue from deals you help facilitate and see through to completion
No cap on earnings
High performers can earn $70K – $100K
