Ross Air Ross Air is a growing residential HVAC contractor serving the greater
Houston area. We work with production and custom home builders to deliver high-quality
HVAC installations across new construction communities. We’re looking for a sharp,
organized scheduler to help keep our new construction division running on time and on
track.
Position Summary:
- The New Construction Scheduler is responsible for managing the full
scheduling lifecycle for our new construction installs — from receiving purchase orders to
confirming jobs are ready in the field. This is a detail-oriented, communication-heavy role
that sits at the center of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and input purchase orders into ServiceTitan accurately and on time
- Build and maintain the new construction install schedule
- Coordinate scheduling with builders and superintendents
- Manage the new construction install email inbox
- Follow up with builders to confirm upcoming jobs are on schedule
- Proactively identify and reschedule jobs delayed or pushed by the builder
- Communicate schedule changes to field crews and management
- Keep ServiceTitan updated in real time to reflect current schedule status
- Flag PO discrepancies or missing information to the production manager
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- HVAC industry experience
- Bilingual
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
- ServiceTitan experience preferred, not required
- Prior scheduling experience
