Position Summary
Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and drive business growth across our Consumer Products, Foodservice, and Corporate Brand divisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who is passionate about digital innovation, brand development, and using data to drive measurable results.
In this role, you will oversee our digital marketing initiatives, optimize our online presence, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Create annual digital marketing plans supporting Consumer Products, Foodservice, and Corporate Brand initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and innovative marketing strategies.
Digital Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, shopper marketing initiatives, and seasonal programs.
- Develop targeted digital strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Website Management & Marketing Technology
- Oversee the strategy, development, and optimization of company websites and digital platforms.
- Lead SEO, website performance, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Manage CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to implement website improvements and new technologies.
- Manage external marketing agencies
Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually
