We’re looking for a Regulatory Systems Specialist to support our food safety, compliance, and regulatory systems across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Support regulatory programs, systems, and compliance initiatives
- Manage and maintain food safety software and documentation systems
- Assist with internal audits, CAPAs, and inspections
- Partner with teams across Quality, Operations, and Commercialization
- Support customer inquiries, product documentation, and labeling compliance
- Maintain document control and ensure regulatory accuracy across all systems
- Analyze data and provide reporting on trends and compliance
- Associate degree in Food Science, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical or regulatory role
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, USDA, and FDA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Be part of a growing food manufacturing company
