Pay & Schedule
- $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: 7PM-5:30AM OR 2pm-12:30am
- Full-time position with consistent hours
- Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality
- Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps
- Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems
- Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing
- Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections
- Train production staff on quality standards and documentation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Fast-paced food manufacturing setting
- Exposure to cold, wet, or humid conditions
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
