Operate Advanced Food Manufacturing Equipment
We're looking for experienced or mechanically inclined individuals to operate our Forming production equipment.

What You'll Do
- Operate Forming equipment.
- Monitor production flow.
- Perform equipment changeovers.
- Complete equipment setup.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Inspect product quality.
- Perform routine equipment checks.
- Work closely with Maintenance and Production leadership.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication.

Schedule: 12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation
- 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Morning Shift)
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift) $1.50 Shift Differential
You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on — giving you built-in long weekends every other week!
