What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer deductions accurately and in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and chargebacks
- Enter and maintain promotional activity in our Trade Management System
- Work directly with customers, brokers, and internal sales teams to resolve claims
- Review supporting documentation from online customer portals
- Coordinate product return paperwork when needed
- Maintain strong communication across finance, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer teams
- Support the Trade Promotion Manager with additional projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in administrative, finance, customer service, or claims-related roles preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and external partners
- Someone who can multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred
