- Assist with tax planning, anticipating short- and long-term impacts aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate on structuring M&A transactions, joint ventures, and IPOs, including drafting tax opinions and modeling benefits.
- Support tax provisioning, compliance, and financial reporting related to global operations.
- Provide guidance on income tax treaties and inbound/outbound cross-border investing.
- Work with alternative investment firms throughout the investment lifecycle, offering specialized international tax advice.
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in international, M&A, or federal tax planning.
- Bachelor’s degree; licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or equivalent, with a one-year window to obtain credentials if not already certified.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax laws.
- Excellent research, modeling, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, develop client relationships, and mentor staff.
