We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support Production Engineering in manufacturing, design, development, and testing areas.

- Owning production process definition and implementation for assigned areas
- Conducting time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, work sampling, and data analysis
- Developing and maintaining engineered time standards
- Applying statistical methods to optimize manufacturing processes, labor, and standards
- Scheduling and sequencing job plans to ensure effective workflow
- Supporting manufacturing and assembly of aerospace hardware, including composite and metallic parts
- Planning, prioritizing, and meeting work deadlines
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, TeamCenter, and familiarity with MOST is a plus
- Exposure to noise, heat, dust, and aircraft odors
- Ability to stand, sit, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Adherence to safety regulations and effective communication in English
