- Support supplier qualification, auditing, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in resolving procurement issues, invoice discrepancies, and expedite orders.
- Support inventory management programs, including vendor stocking and vendor-managed inventory.
- Maintain data integrity within systems and warehouse transactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality and Planning Teams, support reporting, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Promote timely reporting and accurate warehouse transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of purchasing, procurement, or inventory control experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Ability to work onsite full-time and support occasional weekend activities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
