- Assist customers with purchases in a sales-focused environment
- Use computer systems to manage inventory, set up work orders, schedule services, and communicate with the service department
- Explain work orders and invoices to customers
- Handle retail cashier duties, including processing payments
- Install batteries, balance wheels, and perform tire repairs and installations
- Conduct oil changes following LOF procedures
- Interpret vehicle inspection results and make appropriate service recommendations
- Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Proficiency in English, with effective communication with customers and coworkers
- Must be 18 or older
- Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred
- Competitive hourly pay up to $20.00/hr with weekend premium pay
