Job summary - To maintain and upkeep exterior and interior painted surfaces and keep it up to hotel standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities) The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position: Paints all walls on property that need painting in house. Some exterior painting a/e stucco walls, door trim, doors, etc. Repair damaged walls. Keep and update color code books. Order and maintain supplies needed.
