THE TEAM
The Global Operations team is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect a true Sense of Place and create meaningful moments of discovery. In this role, you will lead operational excellence across the Americas region within the Rooms Division. You will report to the Vice President, Operations, AMER, and collaborate closely with corporate Experience Design teams as well as property leaders, including Hotel Managers and Directors of Rooms.
YOUR ROLE
You will support the Vice President, Operations, AMER in driving performance and operational excellence across the Rooms Division. You will ensure compliance with brand standards across quality, service, product, and safety while elevating consistency across properties. Acting as a key partner to corporate functions including IT, Training, and Finance, you will lead training initiatives, identify emerging trends, and develop forward-thinking concepts to enhance guest experience and maintain a competitive, lifestyle-driven positioning.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Drive Rooms Division standards, ensuring alignment with brand policies and consistent execution across all properties
- Champion guest experience initiatives, leveraging survey insights to set targets and elevate service delivery
- Lead talent development strategies, including succession planning, training programs, and talent mobility opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with quality, fire, and life safety standards, prioritizing safety across all operations
- Partner with stakeholders to align hotel action plans with corporate strategy and deliver performance outcomes
- Support openings, renovations, and concept developments, ensuring brand standards and ROI considerations are achieved
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, continuously enhancing Rooms Division offerings and guest experiences
