Rosenblum Law, a fast-expanding law firm serving multiple states, is looking for a dedicated and authentic sales consultant to join our team. This role involves managing a high volume of calls with prospective clients. While no legal experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided, candidates should have a minimum of three years of professional phone sales experience.
Sales is the lifeblood of our business; we will only hire hungry, highly-motivated people who enjoy the kill and closing deal after deal (no hunting required as we provide a pipeline of quality inbound leads)!

- Job Type: Full-Time / Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST
- Compensation: $20-$25 Per Hour Salary Commissions
- Expected earnings year 1: $65,000

Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with a high volume of leads and convert them into clients
- Meet monthly benchmarks for consultations and overall client acquisitions
- Assist with inbound calls and route them appropriately
- Minimum 3 years phone sales (closing) experience
- Excellent work ethic and operate in a high-paced work environment
- Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people/ outgoing personality
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
- Training: Receive first-class training and coaching to allow you to compete in the rapidly-growing world of law firm sales.
- Quality Pipeline: We provide quality, warm leads and deliver them to you on a silver platter - no wasting time with lists, auto-dialers and cold calls!
- Professional development: Our Career Advancement Track includes the following potential job opportunities: Senior Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, VP of Sales.
- $20-$25 per hour base wage, plus uncapped monthly bonus.
- Expected earnings 1st Year: $65,000 , high performers earn more.
