POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of production by coordinating, planning, and directing activities during the build process of fire trucks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Support the day to day running of the Rosenbauer’s production teams.
- Maintain weekly production schedule for primary work centers.
- Conduct production meetings with supervisors and support teams as needed.
- Able to identify quality issues, recognize changes and make needed adjustments within the production process.
- Assist in coordinate timing of customer midpoint and final vehicle inspections.
- Conduct meetings for process improvement and create plans that will improve production performance while working with senior management to ensure that company goals are met.
- Develops and trains supervisors to perform their duties at peak efficiency levels.
- Assists in writing performance appraisals and works with HR to address worker related issues as they occur.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization.
