Summary:
Supervise the daily work activities of Room Attendants and House Persons Provide outstanding service by expediting workflow, giving instruction, and inspecting work to ensure that all cleaning and organization of guest rooms and hallways meet quality, safety, and Company Standards
- Supervise and inspect room cleaning and organization
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff
- Maintain accurate records of room inspections
- Address guest concerns and maintain cleanliness standards
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
