Summary:
The Maintenance Crew Level 1 team member provides outstanding service by ensuring that hotel property and guest rooms are consistently in proper working condition. This role involves performing repairs and preventative maintenance in accordance with Company Standards and federal regulations, with a focus on ensuring the safety of guests and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks promptly.
- Inspect and maintain hotel equipment and facilities
- Respond to guest requests for repairs efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 1 years of general maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs consistently and 50lbs infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
