Summary:
The Business Center position at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for receiving all incoming mail for the hotel and guests and processing outgoing mail They must assist guests with the check-in/check-out process in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to Company Standards The Business Center staff must effectively communicate with staff and the general public and possess excellent customer service skills
- Receive and process all incoming mail for the hotel and guests promptly
- Process outgoing mail and ensure it is dispatched in a timely manner
- Assist guests with the check-in/check-out process, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a well-organized and clean business center for guest use
- Proficiently operate office equipment and technology required for business center services
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and other business center activities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to the drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies of the company
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
