We are looking for a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team! The dental receptionist will welcome new patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, respond to email and support the dental team. You will work with patients to ensure they have a wonderful experience from start to finish. Being well organized, having good communication skills, a high level of organization and being customer-focused are key attributes for this position. Additionally, you should have a focus on excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, check and confirm in-person and phone appointments, answer any questions and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Record and distribute payments, adjustments and refunds.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments or redirect calls as needed.
- Enter data into computer systems.
