Your Impact as DON:
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver top-tier care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Drive quality assurance, infection control, and risk management programs
- Partner with the Administrator to promote clinical excellence and a positive work culture
- Active RN license in [VA]
- 3 years of nursing leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines (CMS, VA State)
- Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow high-performing teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
