Control Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Control Engineer to support and optimize automation systems across a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Support and maintain automation systems across production lines
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs and motor control systems
- Diagnose issues across PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and networks
- Read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Partner with engineering and production to reduce downtime
- Follow safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial controls or electrical experience
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley systems preferred
- Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, RS485)
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments preferred
