Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Pest Control Technician role based in Roseville, CA, with some work-from-home tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and online training. The Pest Control Technician will inspect properties to identify pest issues, determine the type and extent of infestations, and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include applying pest control products, setting and monitoring traps, and implementing integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. The technician will communicate clearly with customers to explain findings, treatment options, safety precautions, and follow-up recommendations. Additional duties include maintaining accurate service records, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, caring for equipment and company vehicle, and participating in ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM), including identifying pests, selecting appropriate treatments, and following safety protocols.
- Ability to work with PEST-related tools, equipment, and technology, including service software or mobile apps for scheduling and reporting.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and supervisors, including explaining technical information in clear, respectful language.
- Basic knowledge of Lawn Care or outdoor property maintenance, or willingness to learn how pest control interacts with landscaping and exterior environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant state pest control licensing or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations within the service area.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working on ladders, and safely accessing attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while following company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required; comprehensive training may be provided.
