RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper II to join our team!
We’re looking for a skilled Groundskeeper II to help maintain and enhance RoseVilla’s beautiful 22-acre campus. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform landscape maintenance, irrigation repairs, hardscaping projects, exterior upkeep, and seasonal campus care while working independently and guiding Groundskeeper I team members. Ideal candidates have experience with landscaping, irrigation systems, equipment operation, and outdoor maintenance, along with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and exceptional service. Wage and benefits:
- Starting wage is $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, non-exempt position

Education and experience requirements:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience working in horticulture, arboriculture, grounds, landscape maintenance, and/or landscape construction.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check
Preferred:
- College level coursework in a related field
- Prior experience working with elders
