Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now accepting applications for our fully paid CNA Training Program with a confirm start date of 8/31/2026

Program & Pay Progression
During Training — Earn $13.50 per hour while completing the state-approved CNA training program.
After Graduation (up to 120 days) — Move to the floor as a CNA at $15.50 per hour.
After Passing State Exams — Receive a significant raise to $17.25 – $24.50 per hour (depending on experience and shift).
We cover the full cost of the state skills and written exams — including up to 3 attempts for each test.
Important Program Details
You must commit to working full-time as a CNA at Rose View for at least one full year after certification.
This program is offered only to candidates seeking full-time employment with us.
Multiple positions available — we are hiring for Day, Evening, and Night shifts.
