What You'll Do
Leasing & Sales
- Assist in leasing apartments by guiding prospective residents through the application and approval process
- Conduct engaging property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting community features and available units
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Help maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leasing activity in the property management system
- Support the team in meeting monthly occupancy and leasing goals
- Create engaging content for Olive & Wooster's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Photograph and highlight apartment units, community amenities, and resident events for digital marketing purposes
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts to promote availability, community culture, and leasing specials
- Monitor social media engagement and help respond to comments and inquiries online
- Support the creation of email campaigns and digital flyers to attract prospective residents
- Help plan, organize, and host resident events that foster a welcoming and engaged community
- Assist in coordinating event logistics including vendors, supplies, and scheduling
- Actively participate in events and serve as a brand ambassador for Olive & Wooster
- Gather resident feedback and communicate with the team to continuously improve the resident experience
- Support move-in and move-out coordination to ensure a seamless resident journey
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Outgoing and personable with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about social media and comfortable creating content across multiple platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Customer-focused with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people find their perfect home
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with Canva or Adobe a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends as needed
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leasing professionals
- Real-world experience in residential real estate leasing and property management
