About the Role
Rose Valley Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee our growing tri-state portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong balance of operational expertise, financial acumen, and team leadership.
As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a critical role in driving portfolio performance by leading onsite teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring each community meets and exceeds financial and operational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the operations and performance of a diverse portfolio, including multifamily (free market and rent-stabilized), condominium, and mixed-use assetsEnsure full compliance with all applicable housing laws and regulatory agencies, including DHCR, HPD, DOB, and other NYC requirementsManage financial performance across the portfolio, including budgets, variance analysis, operating expenses, and revenue targetsPartner with onsite teams to drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retentionOversee capital improvement projects, building maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure properties meet company standardsCollaborate with ownership and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiativesReview and approve contracts, vendor agreements, and service proposalsConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure operational excellence and complianceSupports onsite teams with resident relations, escalated issues, and board communications for Condo/HOA propertiesEnsure proper handling of violations, compliance matters, and regulatory filings Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience managing multifamily properties, including both free market and rent-stabilized buildingsExperience with Condo and/or HOA management requiredExperience managing commercial properties (retail and/or office) is a plusStrong knowledge of NYC housing regulations and compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to navigate complex compliance and regulatory environmentsWhat You BringStrong leadership and strategic thinking capabilitiesAbility to coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teamsExcellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skillsAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA collaborative, service-oriented mindsetStrong financial and operational acumenBenefits & PerksComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceFSA & HSA optionsCommuter benefitsGenerous PTO paid holidaysEmployer-matched 401(k)Exclusive discounts on travel, entertainment, and moreEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Statement
