Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Assist in ordering and receiving food supplies, ensuring inventory is accurate and up-to-date
Participate in menu planning and food service activities as needed
Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, consumption, and waste disposal
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous food service experience desirable
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
