Required Skills, Experience & Abilities
This role will support day-to-day community engagement and performance tracking across social platforms, working closely with our Marketing Specialist to ensure client shows up consistently and thoughtfully in culture. Due to the nature of social media, this role will include evening and weekend coverage.

This role will support day-to-day community engagement and performance tracking across social platforms, working closely with our Marketing Specialist to ensure client shows up consistently and thoughtfully in culture. Responsibilities
Community Engagement | Approx. 15 hrs/week
- Lead daily community engagement across all social platforms, delivering proactive and reactive interactions that strengthen brand affinity and grow fan communities.
- Champion brand tone-of-voice and knowledge, ensuring every interaction reflects client values.
- Owned Comment Sections (Reactive & Relationship Building)
- Manage and respond within client owned comment sections across priority platforms.
- Engage with superfans and loyal consumers to deepen relationships.
- Flash emerging sentiment, recurring questions, and product feedback.
- Earned Comment Section (UGC Cultural Participation)
- Identify high-impact UGC and viral social conversations for timely participation.
- Publish culturally additive brand comments in earned spaces.
- Ensure tone, timing, and cultural fluency align with brand strategy.
- Track and analyze performance metrics tied to community engagement (e.g., impressions, likes, replies, EMV) across? owned and earned spaces for optimization.
- Work with our marketing Specialist to support ad-hoc needs.
